Comment by Lori Bananas on July 30, 2012 at 9:16am Honestly I am in the same boat and I've been at it for for months. Just keep getting fatter and fatter. I'm back to adding some cooked starches in the evening, trying to only eat as much as my body is demanding (i.e. via HUNGER), and drinking coffee again out of desperation to feel happy. I've had such poor energy on this diet despite eating thousands and thousands of calories, etc. etc. I'm with you man. You'd think I was eating pounds of cake the way it's all adding up.
Comment by Peter Csere on July 30, 2012 at 1:42am Totally what Craig said.
Give it more than a month. Were you expecting results in a month? That is an unrealistic expectation for most people, especially people recovering from starvation protocols EDs etc.
"Well, HCRV is the thing to do if you want to be optimally healthy. If you can't abide by healthful practices because of a bit of flab, then you misunderstand what this is all about.
Make yourself not care."
That last bit - easier said than done, right?

Honey, I don't think eating disorders really start because of how you look, but how you feel, no? Sounds like you need support you are not getting. What can we do to help? I hope I don't sound condenscending, but we really are here for you.
Comment by David Costa on July 29, 2012 at 1:58pm I ate 5000 calories today and I feel huge, but then I feel all around my body and realize it's just my stomach.
Comment by David Costa on July 29, 2012 at 1:52pm Don't give up
Is this something recent?
Eating around 10% fat from calories?
