MEAT EATER EATER from the Havenheed Infinite Book of Poems

Out on the town and I need a bite

Got no money so I get in a fight

Fun is over and I need to feed

I can’t let this vermin breed

Meat Eater Eater, Meat Eater Eater,

Got to feed this protein fever

Meat Eater Eater, Meat Eater Eater,

I don’t need no fridge or freezer

Meat Eater Eater, Meat Eater Eater,

Bathing in the blood of a million martyrs

Meat Eater Eater, Meat Eater Eater,

The streets and alleys are my only larder

Don’t be a hypocrite I need protein too

I’m only trying to be like you

It’s no good you screaming and kicking

I found your arguments too convincing

Meat Eater Eater, Meat Eater Eater,

To me you’re just a walking stew

Meat Eater Eater, Meat Eater Eater,

Grind your bones into a fine brew

Meat Eater Eater, Meat Eater Eater,

Playing by your rules but you still complain

Meat Eater Eater, Meat Eater Eater,

My body will be your grave

The soundtrack of screaming farmers

As I deal this violent karma

Listen to them wail and weep

For as they’ve sown, they shall reap

Onwards unto judgement day

For their crimes they shall pay

Their mangled bodies on every street

Of rotting offal rats can keep
