30 Bananas a Day!

I haven't been completely 80 10 10 the last 3 days. I don't however feel discouraged. I had a couple bowls of quinoa noodles with a ton of veggies and sprouts today but I find that my salt cravings are going away. I use to eat alot of seaweed and use lots of sea salt while I eat things like this. But tonight, I almost forgot I had it when it was right next to me. I feel very good about this.

Thanks FruitBat, I had my noodles 2hrs ago and now I am craving bananas and pears, isn't that crazy? It was never like this in the past. It was always something like craving cookies afterwards. Is like the body is waking up slowly but surely.
The more I do this, the more confidence I gain about 80 10 10!
