I have been majorly roller-coastering the past couple years... yes, YEARS.
And for some reason I don't feel like doing that anymore. Simply don't have the energy OR interest in dealing with problems using nasty foods anymore...
SO I have been eating whatever HCLF things I crave and i think i feel GREAT yet I am confused.
Technically, I have been eating superb the last few meals: Apple sauce, frozen banana slices, and cinnamon.
And honestly I can see myself eating that combo for the next month straight. But is store bought plain Apple Sauce alright to have regularly for a long period of time? ...Could I do mono-meals w it?
I also wonder how bad citric acid is on a person who's transitioning and not yet truly clean.
Any advice is welcomed! Please share your secrets ;)
