Just Sharing

My first blog post. I am not a member of this site to promote DTM, myself, juicing, or anything at all other than the loving message that 30BAD provides every day. I just wanted to share... because I feel a little guilty having lurked on here for so long and finally opening up a bit... because you all have helped me SOOOO much. Everyone from the longer term raw eaters with the youtube sites (who i call the PROs :)), to the normal everyday members (especially you guys who blog and post regularly).

I found dtm before 30bad, and he got me started. So I just wanted to share our conversation. I apologize for saying 'you know' like 10000 times, but he caught me off guard, I was shopping at the fresh market right when he called me LOL. Typical Dan I know. Anyway... I love you guys! Thank you for all of the love and inspiration you have and continue to give me as a member on this site.

And don't mean to confuse anyone, my first name is Dan... Daniel Joseph Cano. I like to play games with screen names though LOL. Sorry for that, and happy fruiting!!!!

I am going to try and do some more sharing of my story as it continues on... I plan on doing some before and afters. I have been 811 the day of this video and since and I'm loving every minute! Still losing the weight, but much more safely I feel now (and gradually!).

I loved the suggestion about immersing yourself with the messages and information that represent what you want to be and surrounding yourself with the people who have the same goals. I'm looking forward to seeing your before and afters. :)
