Just completed 30 days mentoring with Freelee - Day 31

4 Things I am Grateful for...
Dr Doug - An inspirational man in every possible way. I am grateful he took the time to create all of his cd's, dvd's & books.
Harley - For his persistent & consistent efforts in getting the 'Eat 3000+ calories a day' message out there. Finally the message has embedded firmly in my brain!!!
Freelee - Your 'Seeds of Success' programme truly is 30 days to freedom. Thank-you :)
My Wazzy - Right now I am very grateful for his washing up skills ;)

I cannot recommend highly enough Freelees mentoring 'Seeds of Success' programme, 30 days has passed in what feels to be 5 minutes. It was fun, educational and inspirational!!! Even for me, a long term raw albeit yo-yoing raw foodie who thought I knew it all, still managed to learn from it :) Below are some things I learned during our mentoring time together...
By the way, I ate 3000 calories or very close too that amount & a few times slightly over every single day & didn't gain any weight - I actually lost some plus I wasn't exercising super lots - only an hour bush-walk every day. Although now that my glycogen tank is fully replenished my plan for the next 30 days is to increase my exercise. I definitely have the energy too !!! Lets see what the next 30 days bring...

Vegan811, I promise you - don't be afraid to eat more fruity calories, you will feel amazing!!! Just think of it as a little experiment, I thought 'What's the worst thing that can happen? Gain weight? At least I'd be building myself out of quality raw food and have energy plus a happy mind too...' When I was eating 1500 - 1800 raw calories a day I was constantly tired - a nanna nap was pretty much a daily occurrence. I didn't have one at all during my 30 days of 3000 cals!!! After 500 calories of salad I can feel full too, I make up the difference by including some Jaffa Datorade throughout the day - an easy & delicious way to get the calories in. I think of it as 'Liquid Energy'. When you up your calories be prepared to start living the best life ever!!! Have Fun :)

PS, I love your point about only the carb starved brain is capable of wasting time.

This is amazing. You are amazing. I'm still not on board with eating 300+ calories because I believe that I shouldn't have more than 1400-1600 calories a day. You are starting to crack that belief. Still... After I eat my 500 calories a meal, I don't feel hungry. Your post makes me question a lot of what I'm doing. You have confused me and inspired me.
