today is the first day of June. i haven't taken enough notice of what I ate today but roughly:
- 1 section of durian and 4 banana smoothie
- 4 banana and half mango smoothie
- 10 dates
- 1 cob corn, 1 aco, bunch of lettuce leaves, 3 cherry toms, 1 zucchini chowder.
exercise: none (so goddamn tired after work. working so much!) no excuse really though. i really should be doing something, especially for this month.
