Today I decided to start a journal with my daily routine, my ups, downs, experiences and all the et cetera possible.
I'm not really aiming for everybody to see it. It's more for me to keep track of my development. If someone someday reads it and gets inspired or get any other good feeling about it, that's a plus! ^^
Ok, so, today I had my morning at home. Sometimes I don't have it, because I have some students keen on having classes in the morning.
I woke up at 8:30, drank a liter water, sluggishly, because my stomach isn't use to big volumes of anything inside it first thing in the morning yet; went to my backyard (I'll post some photos later on) to sunbathe, because I was freezing, like most mornings... I just laid there until I felt somewhat "thawed" and more awake/energetic; followed to a simple combination of stretching from my bellydance classes and used some minutes to meditate. I still am feeling a little weak and "creamy" as we like to say here at home. Tired. Because, well, I used to restrict my buttocks off (ahem) and it made my body weak and brittle and tired, all the time. I'm just taking my time to recover my natural energy so that I can exercise more. I'm going easy on myself for like the first time in my life!
When I felt better and started slowly to get hungry, got back into the house and drank a little more water, then, I blended a delicious smoothie composed of 6 really ripe bananas and half a yellow melon with some drops water to aid my machine to to the job. It yeld over a liter of the thing. Made me extra happy!
At 11:30, before going to work, I'll make other smoothie made of two papayas ad more bananas yet.
Today I'm carrying to work some 'nanas, the other half of the melon to make another smoothie and some apples to eat through my classes breaks. (Yes, I still don't like eating fruits whole. But I'm getting used to the idea!)
All this will make 2530 calories! I'm into my goal. I plan on including the greens ASAP. I'm having trouble on finding them on the market because we had a lot of terrible frosting over the green farms and all the lettuces, romaines, spinaches and so on got wasted ><.
See you tomorrow!
