my prayers have been answered.
ive never ever liked running. infact, i HATED it. i couldnt go a single mle without walking and huffing and puffing atleast 7 or 8 times, and being redfaced and athsmatic afterwards.
lately ive been questioning this diet, i had 3 slip ups with cooked grains while lacking ripe fruit and i really wanted to give up and almost did, until i went to the gym today.
this was my second time at the gym. i had done the eliptial last time for 20 minutes and then cycled for 20 the first time i went.
today i decided to try the treadmill...
I RAN A 5 MUTHER EFFING K WITHOUT STOPPING OR LOSING MY BREATHE. AND I DID IT IN 35 MINUTES. HELL FREAKING YES.
so no, i will not give up.
