30 Bananas a Day!

I was wondering what everyone's exercise regime was? I've ordered the 80 10 10 diet book by Dr. Douglas Graham, but am a bit impatient when it comes to waiting. I want to start this lifestyle change now, and cannot wait for this book to arrive. 

I've tried going vegan before, but wasn't educated on it very well. I thought that being vegan meant just not eating animal byproduct. So I would eat french fries and potato chips thinking, this is vegan! When my only result was weight gain, I stopped. A former friend claimed to be vegan, but would eat seafood stating that they were not real animals and didn't have souls and this statement was true because a housewife on a reality tv show said so. I simply just gave up. Also, my notorious love of meat and dairy made it hard to quit. But I want to make a healthier lifestyle change and felt as though this were the answer. I want to better myself both physically and mentally, and think this is perfect in achieving that. So any tips are much appreciated!

My name is Dylann. I have been having the same sorts of issues with my diet as you explained. I started off raw and went back to meat still maintaining very healthy eating habits, but then after watching a video on factory farming I became a vegan overnight. I had no problems with it at all. That was more than a year ago. This month a found myself slipping; I was eating sweets and even had a few slices of pizza. I wasn't caring for my emotional or physical self, not even my light spiritual self, kind of just hating everything. I now am beginning to pep up and release my emotions so I am noticing how unhealthy I feel and how disgusted I am with bad foods. I am beginning why I began following the raw food movement anyways; really just following my imagination and soul.
I hope we can help one and other and be friends on this journey. :) have a great time with your journey.
