Today is my 30th day 100% HCRV, and I just completed a 20 mile bike ride!!! I am so shocked! And I STILL feel awesome! (The tushy is a tad sore tee hee) 30 days ago, I barely had enough energy to walk up a flight of stairs. Now I can go mountain biking up and down hills in 95 degree weather for 20 miles!
I just have to thank Harlee and Freelee from the bottom of my heart. The fact that they have created this amazing community, and made it their life's work and passion to spread the word about this INCREDIBLE, life changing lifestyle is beyond words. Thank you. And to have all of these supportive, loving people on this site who I can always turn to and ask any questions whatsoever (no matter how ridiculous) fills me with such warmth. Thank you all!
It just goes to show that ANYTHING is possible, no matter where you might be right at this minute. Keep persevering, because the rewards you receive will be beyond your wildest dreams.
