30 Bananas a Day!

I tried Raw Hemp protein powder today in a smoothie.  No issues with digestion. Feel ok.  Anyone use hemp protein powder?  I don't plan on using all the time but its easy when greens are not easy to get for the day.....

Sunshine:  used to do flax but am doing mostly avocado now for fat.  I monitor % on myfitnesspal.com and never go over 10% for protein even if I do use a little of the hemp powder.  Do you sprout your flax or grind it? I heard you don't digest much of it if its not sprouted. I stopped eating it recently bc of GI bloating. Does the acid fruit help with that?

fractured food ain't whole fresh ripe...  and beware the dangers of too high protein

i use hulls every so often but i feel flax superior   and i only mix with acid fruit

Thanks Alexander! Checked out website....in trying to keep Raw on this diet I am trying to use only Raw supplements if any.  Have you ever tried Ruth's Raw hemp protein?  http://www.ruthshempfoods.com/products/protein-powders.html

Have no idea how a processed protein is made raw though?

I use a mix that includes hemp. got it at truenutrition.com in their vegan section.

Its awesome. Supremely awesome.
