I tried Raw Hemp protein powder today in a smoothie. No issues with digestion. Feel ok. Anyone use hemp protein powder? I don't plan on using all the time but its easy when greens are not easy to get for the day.....

I monitor % on myfitnesspal.com and never go over 10% for protein even if I do use a little of the hemp powder. Do you sprout your flax or grind it? I heard you don't digest much of it if its not sprouted. I stopped eating it recently bc of GI bloating. Does the acid fruit help with that?

i use hulls every so often but i feel flax superior and i only mix with acid fruit

Have no idea how a processed protein is made raw though?
