After months and months of binging, in the last weeks I've been good on 811, sometimes eating too much avocado, but overall ok. I no longer have any cravings !
The only problem is that my fruit ain't fruity ! I spend plenty of money on fruit I love, for my health, it's an investment. However my sense for quality fruit has developed. Yesterday I was happy strawberries were being sold everywhere, and I bought 3 kg. Fresh, good texture, but bland taste ! Not sweet, not savory, no yummy tummy for me. I was dissapointed and I ate 5 avocados with salt, haha. Plus the cherry tomatoes have no taste - I have to add salt to eat them too.
I love fruit, I feel great on 955, but I need my juicy sweet fruit... even the melons I bought- 5 of them, only one was sweet and ripe, the others have a very peculiar taste, it's like chemicals, or they're underripe or have no sweetness.
Please help me .. I love fruit, I don't crave any cooked thing, I just want to have my delicious juicy fruit. I'm sick of dates and bananas-all winter long- I need the juicy power ! Bland strawberry + dates = still bland taste..
Suggestions ? : )

I have heightened senses so am experiencing tastes and textures that I didn't notice before. What's your sodium intake like? Salt is a very potent catalyst - if you take a lot of it, it could be making other foods seem relatively bland.
