well i have been here for quite a while, but i have a really shocking internet connection and i havent been able to spend much time online.
things are going really well and i am starting to manifest many wonderful things.
the only thing that has worried me lately is that i have gained some weight. i have been excersing and eating mostly raw (a few little cheats here and there but nothing huge) but i have managed to gain about 5kg over a period of about 4 months.
i think it all started a few months before moving to sydney. i became very nervous and started emotional eating. i was also purging those sorts of horrible things. thank goodness that i havent done that in a very long time. and i am back on track eating well. but i cant seam to shift the weight.
i was just reading karmyn's blog http://karmynmalone.com/ where she also talks about gaining weight on a raw food diet. i have thought about it and i reckon that i eat very close to or maybe even more than the amount of calories that my partner eats (184cm 77kg) and i think i have the same problem of eating too many calorie dense fruits and like bananas and dates.
I want to have a stable eating and exercise plan that is sustainable and allows me feel satisfied to be my ideal weight.
karmyn has just started a 30 challenge focussing on less calorie dense fruits. i have been able to get my hands on some pretty decent apples lately and so i think that would be a good place to start.
i will start blogging more often and let you know how things are going.
