I'm struggling with this.  I've had a crush on a guy who doesn't seem to be reciprocating the feelings.  I've been single for a long time and I don't have family around.  It gets lonely but I'm proactive and I'm busy with my spiritual fellowship and friendships.  The real bummer is my dog died a month ago and it left a hole in my heart.
