Meal 3: 4 med. frozen bananas, 23 Barhi dates, blended in a smoothie

1/3 English cucumber
Meal 4: 32 oz. o.j., 6 C. bok choy, dressing of 1/2 avocado, 2 Roma tomatoes, juice of 1 lime, blended (not that delicious)
3599 cal. 88/6/6 C/F/P, 342 mg. sodium (no table salt)
Water
15 cups/ 120 oz.
Sleep
Went to bed at 10 but laid awake for at least 1/2 an hour. Then I woke up itchy and hungry around midnight, but I did not get up and eat and eventually fell back to sleep. Up at 7:45.
Today's Pleasures
A lovely morning walk with blue skies, bird song and the sound of insects buzzing
Made a new little herb bed by my garden shed
The price of watermelon is coming down!
Connecting with my husband and feeling grateful for him
Detox
Some swelling in my hands and feet during my walk
Itchy rash over my whole body, except for my face and feet--slightly better today
