Chia Fresca: cold water, 4 TBS. lime juice, 2 tsp. chia seeds, stevia
3015 cal. 87/6/7 C/F/P, 1722 mg. sodium
16 cups/ 128 oz.
Lights out at 9:45. Had a very difficult time getting to sleep due to coughing and struggling to breathe. Slept poorly, with several long stretches of being awake coughing. Woke at 7 a.m. by my husband throwing a temper tantrum. Laid in bed for a long time after that but didn't get back to sleep.
Listening to Daniel Tosh's comedy--that guy is hilarious!
My children brought home good report cards and school's out for the summer.

Called in sick to work. Coughing was awful. Spent the day flat on my back. Ever since I was a smoker in my 20s, I tend to get bad respiratory infections when I get an illness.
