Today's Pleasures

Sunshine

Gardening with my co-workers

Quick and easy food

Detox

White coating on my tongue

Swollen, dark under-eye circles in the morning

Minor redness and bumpiness on forehead, nose and chin--actually looks a little clearer today

Stomach felt bloated today after yesterday's cooked food

Trouble with elimination, not feeling that I was totally emptying out

Exhaustion at the end of the day

Stress level

Moderate

Daily Thoughts

The little guy had such a painful runny nose that he went on a mini-nursing strike.  None of my children have ever had a nursing strike so it was a bit freaky.  I got really full of milk.  Luckily he nursed himself to sleep finally and nursed during the night.

My other 3 children tag-teamed me this evening because they wanted to do things that I had told them I would not allow them to do.  There were three crying children and one annoyed mama by the end.  Funny how it's most difficult to practice Non-violent Communication with the ones you love the most.

Wow, you're on Day 75! I love to keep up with your blog for inspiration. And you have young children and doing raw at the same time. Bravo! I love to hear how doing 955 works in your favor with young children, stress, and emotions. I am going to friend you now. Thank you.
