[Posting this a few days late, since I was at a meditation retreat without Internet access]
Breakfast: 3 apples, 4 bananas
Lunch: 2 plates with salad (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots) and 5 bananas
Water ~5l (with some hot water)
Exercise: none
The cold is getting to me. It's about 10-15 degrees Celsius, I'm in a hut in the Norwegian woods (no heating), with little food, too little clothing, and no exercise (other than mental). Drinking cold water makes me freeze even more, especially right after getting up at ~4:30 am. I have a really hard time sitting down and meditating being so cold. So since I can't eat more, can't move much more, and can't put more clothes on (because I don't have more with me), I resorted to mixing my water with about 1/4 of hot water. Not sure if that is officially allowed, since it's not strictly 100% raw, but I'd rather be disqualified from the challenge than feel unwell. I'm still recovering from a cold, I don't want to get another one - the challenge is really about getting/staying healthy, isn't it? Not about religiously following rules... Well, it's up to Freelee to decide :-)
Other than that, I'm more at ease with everything. I don't try to force food down any more - I still try to push myself a little, but I don't want to feel sick after eating. My belly still hurts after eating (despite the chromium I'm taking). Sitting all day is ok, now it's my back and neck that hurt the most :-)
