30 Bananas a Day!

Freelee's challenge: 1 year of doing the whole shebang--diet, exercise, water, sleep, etc.  Stop worrying about weight gain and the momentary ups and downs of detox.  Just do it!

Food

Meal 1: 96 oz. o.j.

Meal 2: 12 bananas, 1 C. frozen blueberries, blended in a smoothie

Meal 3:  58 oz. o.j., 7 C. butter lettuce

3538 cal.  91/4/5 C/F/P, 83 mg. sodium (no table salt)

Water

12 cups/ 96 oz.

Sleep

10:30(?)-8:00  Lights out by 10:00 but laid awake awhile

Today's Pleasures

Spending time in the kitchen with my little guy.  He loves to help

Great 12 step meeting with lots of support and fellowship and fun

Spending time laughing with a good friend

Detox 

White coating on my tongue upon awakening

Dark under-eye circles in the morning 

Some gas 

Minor redness and bumpiness on forehead, nose and chin 

Stress level

Moderate.

Daily Thoughts

Will the sun ever come out?!?  April showers bring May flowers, except we already had the May flowers in March this year.  LOL!

Thank you, Joe!  I feel so much better without the cooked food.  It is nice to be having more days without them.  O.j. takes a lot of time, esp. when you have a crappy little juicer like I have. But I'll let you in on a little secret.  I juice with one hand and surf 30BAD with the other.  LOL!  Also I occasionally do get help from my sweet husband and my children.

You are the oj master, how do you find time to make so much everyday? 2 quarts and I'm done with it... I gotta go drive out to the country (if there is such a thing in Florida) and get some bulk / higher quality citrus. I see you have been doing more days without the cooked vegan, awesome job!
