Picked myself up, dusted myself off, and had a great day. Had an awesome time hiking in White Pines State Park with my two younger kids. If only I had brought my camera! I ate really well and felt a lot better. I'm still a bit low on my calories for my activity level and was feeling full but a bit hungry at the end of the night. I sure have missed gardening lately. It's just super muddy out there right now, and it rained again yesterday afternoon, so it's difficult to be out there.
