[Posting this a few days late, since I was at a meditation retreat without Internet access]
First full day at the meditation retreat. According to the Buddhist practice rules, food is allowed until noon, so I'll only have breakfast and lunch until Sunday.
Breakfast: 5 bananas, 2 apples, 5 dates
Lunch: 5 bananas
Water: ~5l
Exercise: none
I have trouble eating. Well, bananas, apples, and dates is all I have to choose from, and eating any of these makes me feel sick almost. I wonder if I shouldn't eat at all tomorrow. I'll see. If I feel sick just thinking about bananas, maybe I really shouldn't eat them. Will see if I can steal some iceberg lettuce and tomatoes from the others tomorrow. Looking forward to salads! I should have brought some. 2 days to go... I hope I can stay away from the rice.
Meditation was fine, but my legs hurt badly. I hope I can sit at all tomorrow.
