Had a good day except I got overwhelmed in the early evening with how much stuff our family has going on. I really wanted help from my husband and I just started yelling at him, which is not exactly going to help because then we used our energy to fight instead of work together. We did make up later and had some nice time talking before we went to sleep. I am going to make sleep and relaxation in the evening a much higher priority, so that I am not so moody.
