30 Bananas a Day!

Freelee's Challenge - Day 4 (June 28)

[Posting this a few days late, since I was at a meditation retreat without Internet access]

Thursday, first evening of the retreat. I had sent a box filled with organic bananas, apples, and dates with the organizers. It would be the food for the weekend.

Thursday was a smoothie day:

Breakfast: smoothie with 10 bananas, 200g frozen (defrosted) blueberries and 200g frozen strawberries

Lunch: smoothie with 10 bananas and 200g frozen blueberries

~500g heart of lettuce salad

dinner: 2 apples and 5 dates

water: around 2l

exercise: hiking to the hut with heavy bags, ~1h

Still feeling a bit sick. Might have something to do with my eyes: I get headaches easily. I need to drink/sleep more. And get new glasses (my old ones broke a month ago or so).

I hope I won't get sick again. 

The walking meditation out in the forest was nice. With all the things going on in my head, I had the easiest time letting go and resting when walking back and forth. I have my meditation moments, but it is very challenging to try to not control.
