Sleep
10:30-7:00 Slept o.k. Up at least 3-4 times but went right back to sleep.
Today's Pleasures
Smelling lilacs and apple blossoms
Walking to the library with my daughter
Detox
White coating on my tongue upon awakening
Swollen under-eye circles (but a lot less puffy without the salt yesterday)
A little bit of "hot" nasal drip during my workout and again in early evening
A little gas here and there
Constipation cleared out by afternoon
Minor redness and a lot of bumpiness on forehead, nose and chin
Crabby and feeling down today

Daily Thoughts
Struggling with family relationships with my siblings. I watched some Modern Family shows with my husband in the evening, cuddled with my little guy, and laughed my butt off and felt a bit better.
