My calcium-phosphorus ratio was 1:2 today. I went back over the last month, and that's pretty typical for me. The only day I got close to 1:1 was an all-raw day, eating watermelon, o.j., dates and raspberries, bok choy and lettuce. I am going to try to up my greens. They are pretty expensive for me, especially with my garden kinda flopping with the drought this year.
I am struggling a bit with consistency with my eating. 2300 is way too low for me, even on a very sedentary day.
