30 Bananas a Day!

Freelee's challenge: 1 year of doing the whole shebang--diet, exercise, water, sleep, etc.  Stop worrying about weight gain and the momentary ups and downs of detox.  Just do it!  

Exercise

10 min. circuit training

Food

Meal 1: 24 C. watermelon

Meal 2: 4 bananas, 1 C. frozen raspberries, 1 C. mango blended into a smoothie

Meal 3: 1 C. mango, 6 C. red and green romaine lettuce, 1 English cucumber, 2 Roma tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1 C. black beans, w/ a little cooked tomato and zucchini, 1/4 corn tortilla, Herdez salsa* 

2375 cal.  81/11/8 C/F/P, 635 mg. sodium

Slept pretty well from 10:30-8:00 a.m.

My little guy is hilarious and makes us laugh a lot

Sunbathing

The best watermelon in a looooong time!

Seeing a movie in the theater with my husband and some friends (it's been years since we have gone out alone as a couple)

Detox 

Redness in my eyes and mucous discharge from tear ducts in the morning

Gas all day

Disruption in my bowel movements

White coating on my tongue 

Swollen, dark under-eye circles in the morning  

Minor redness and bumpiness on forehead, nose, chin and upper chest

Stress level

Daily Thoughts 

My calcium-phosphorus ratio was 1:2 today.  I went back over the last month, and that's pretty typical for me.  The only day I got close to 1:1 was an all-raw day, eating watermelon, o.j., dates and raspberries, bok choy and lettuce.  I am going to try to up my greens.  They are pretty expensive for me, especially with my garden kinda flopping with the drought this year.

I am struggling a bit with consistency with my eating.  2300 is way too low for me, even on a very sedentary day.

You're doing great! It's hard to eat enough cals with melon on the menu, but seriously, melon=bliss so I'd be eating a ton if I was you lol.
