Helping people at my job
Talked to a sweet old guy who is on oxygen and housebound and brightening his day
Delicious cantaloupe
Detox
White coating on my tongue
Swollen, dark under-eye circles in the morning
Minor redness and bumpiness on forehead, nose, chin and upper chest
Periods of intense itching (insect bites) and brief periods of feeling "yeasty"
Stress level
Moderate
Daily Thoughts
Just feeling a bit off lately. Having days with little appetite, then getting under-carbed and eating whatever I have quick access to. I was desperate at work because I hadn't eaten enough, had no money with, and the only safe option was a plain bagel. Then I immediately started stuffing my face with the family's evening meal when I got home.
I think I am going to restart 21 days of salt-free, and try to keep the calories consistently up. I know how to be better prepared for work days. It takes consistency, juicing oranges the night before if necessary, or asking for more help.

Comment by Iron Clad Ben on June 23, 2012 at 8:35am What's wrong with green smoothies? Unless I put a whole head of green in a 2L smoothie, I can't really taste them.

Comment by Greenmama on June 23, 2012 at 4:57am Green smoothie... shudder. :) I do use mason jars a lot, too. You can get them at Goodwill for 25-50 cents.
Comment by Iron Clad Ben on June 23, 2012 at 1:46am One thing that really helps me is having mason jars to put smoothies in. I can make 4-6L of green smoothie the night before and they are fine the next day. Mason jars with plastic caps are a great investment for succeeding in this lifestyle!
