Day 6 salt-free.
I had a very busy day and spent longer than I planned at a place where I didn't have food. Then, when I got home at 8 p.m., I was light-headed and starving and lacking in easy calorie options. So plain beans, rice and vegetables (leftover from kids lunch) was my decision. At first it was weird without the salt. Lime juice helped. But now I know I can eat these foods without salt in a pinch.
