30 Bananas a Day!

Freelee's challenge: 1 year of doing the whole shebang--diet, exercise, water, sleep, etc.  Stop worrying about weight gain and the momentary ups and downs of detox.  Just do it!

Food

Meal 1: 24 C. watermelon (in 2 segments)

Meal 2: 11 med. bananas, sliced, 2 sm. Ataulfo mangos, 1 C. frozen blueberries, defrosted

Meal 3: 64 oz. o.j., 5 C. bok choy, 3 C. romaine lettuce, with 1 1/2 C. strawberries, 1 roma tomato, blended in a dressing

3404 cal.  90/4/6 C/F/P, 319 mg. sodium (no table salt)

Water

16 cups/ 128 oz.

Sleep

Slept o.k. from 11 p.m.-7:30 a.m.  I am still having trouble with getting to sleep.

Stomach pain after eating watermelon

Itchy rash over my whole body, except for my face and feet--almost all gone, but still itchy in some spots, especially at night

Boil on my inner thigh 

White coating on my tongue 

Swollen, dark under-eye circles in the morning  

Minor redness and bumpiness on forehead, nose and chin

Low
