I feel much better today in terms of mental clarity. I am still exhausted, but that will improve next week when I don't have to wake up at 6 every day! My stomach issues seem to be improving and my skin is clearing up. Overall, today I felt very present.
Also, if there are any HCRV living in Oklahoma City or anywhere near that area, let me know!!!
