I feel extremely full, and it was a struggle to finish my salad. I did not eat enough throughout the day though and felt tired and shaky by the time I finished work at 9. I need to get more sleep, which will be difficult this week. But I had SO much energy after the orange juice this morning. I cannot believe I ate as much as I did...
I have a small canker sore forming on the tip of my tongue and my skin is breaking out slightly.
