30 Bananas a Day!

Found sprouting seeds in my apples- are they okay to eat?

So being a convert from the raw food world, I have this lingering idea that sprouted seeds are good for you. I don't know if it's a correct idea, but in a few of my apples I found their seeds had been sprouting. Does anyone know if they're edible or what?

omg good call! my dad grew a apple tree from putting an apple in the ground when I was young. It's producing it's own fruit now. I don't know why i didn't think to do that.
