Did my first 100% 80-10-10 day today. Not just raw. But real 8-1-1. Actually 87-05-08.
10 oranges
14 medjool dates
20 dried mango slices (i know...this is not optimal)
salad with red-leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes and 3/4 of an avocado, lemon and a bit of salt for dressing
Simple and Sweet.
I also got in 50 min of jogging....
Studying for exams. Off to bed so I can get at least 9 hours of sleep! I have to wake up in T-minus 9 hours 48 minutes.

All together this gave me 2800 cals. But you guys are right. I should still try to break 3000. Thanks for the support``
Comment by Jacob on January 24, 2011 at 11:08am Hi, I would suggest adding more calories in and avoiding dried fruits :) I LOVE dried mango, but it takes the water from your body to digest it and sometimes it can cause constipation. If I were you I would up the calories (especially with jogging 50min) because when I don't eat a lot of calories it is hard for me to study for exams and then I usually crave something cooked. :(
I have been trying to stay on the 811 path since last summer. It is hard, but I know that when I get a lot of sleep, calories from juicy fruit and physical activity I always feel the best ever!
