30 Bananas a Day!

First week's three first days. 2 third raw

Hi had decided to be 100% raw as from monday. I did not manage it and ended up raw til evening and having a cooked and chickeney meal at night.
Not what i had hoped for, but a big step better than where i was at. For example i am not eating any sugar anymore except the one from fruit. And no more cafeine, and a lot more raw foods including greens. And although i wasnt raw at night for the last three days i still want to record it in a blog because i have noticed some things from the part of my day that is raw. So here goes:

Monday 14 th jan 13:
Breakfast: banana and parsley smoothie, 1L
Snack: none
Lunch: banana and kale smoothie, 1L
Snack: 2 pears.
Dinner: fatty and unhealthy cooked chickeney food
No exercise as i have a rib popped out that i need to sort out. Not nice.
I was hungry when coming back home from work, but i did think that i could cope ok with it would i have to feel that way every day on raw. I forgot my dates at home so could not experiment with it.

Tuesday:
Breakfast: 7 mandarins
Snack: 6 dates
Lunch: banana, lettuce and lime smoothie 1L
I got home and i only just started to feel hungry and would have been very comfortable even exercising before eating.
The dates reaaaally helped keeping me strong and full longer. I am going to look into other dried fruit like raisins and figs to varry a bit.

Wednesday:
Breakfast: 7 mandarins
Snack: 5 dates
Lunch: an apple and a half, big, and 5 dates.
I got home 3 hours later than usual and i was starving. I started getting quite hungry by time i did get back home in the past days and so i do think that i need to have a smoothie at lunch no matter what.

In conclusion of the last three days, i can have smoothie or mono meal for breakfast, i have to make sure i have a snack of dry fruit half way down the morning, maybe wrapped up in lettuce leaves. I just thought that might be quite good. And i have to make sure i have at least 1L smoothie for lunch as well as other things if i need.

I am planning to have a banana pudding when i get home at night, or a grapes or oranges soup (i am looking forward to trying to make one), and either earlier or later in the evening, another smoothie maybe, or monomeal. Depending on how i feel.

I am glad i have worked this routine out, but also, following the footsteps and advice of a very bright, and brave new friend. Tx loveisintheair.

I really feel ready for tomorrow to be the day when i am going to be 100% raw. I will beat the chicken!!!

The rest of my week is about same as first days and at the weekend i ate cooked all day both days

Niiice ! You've got plenty of fruit incorporated. Just keep adding, just keep trying. I'm glad : ). Me too - thanks for your support, a FEW, but will do :) Kick start tomorrow.

I also have just realised i forgot to finish my last bit: what i meant to say is that although i am putting a routine into place, i am not gonna stick to it religiously for now, i am gonna eat what i feel like eating. And then later on i will transform it into a routine more, because as soon as possible i want to limit the number of meals to about 6 so that i dont end up eating the whole day. But for now it will be one step at a time, one fruit at a time.
