Decided to start my first blog here in BAD to keep track of my eating habit.
I start my morning breakfast with either medium pineapple or quick bite of apple depends on what is available.
Usually from Monday to Friday which are working days I will drop by local fruit store to purchase ten oranges for my day at work. I will peel and eat it during lunch time. At first my colleagues amazed at my this habit worrying about me thinking that I am on weight loss diet but now they accepted it.
At dinner I prefer to eat as much as I can store in my stomach because after that my tummy will become bigger and not willing to go out.
For exercise, I do stretching or yoga. I used to train in bjj and judo before the collarbone surgery. Sometimes I also go for jogging in the complex during the weekend.
During the weekend I will eat more than in the weekdays because the veggie and fruit wholesale market is just opposite my resident area. There are variety of local vegetables and fruits sold at cheaper price if buy in bulk. Such as pineapple, papaya, pumpkin, coconut, corn, watermelon, honeydew, banana, etc.
