Just to show you how awesome veganism improves your athletic ability...
I have not run or done any aerobic exercise in a few years. I was able to fully run 1-3 miles every single day this week! I went from 0-3 miles in just three days! I've never been able to run like this in my life. It is so freaking amazing. Vegan power for the win!
I really owe a lot of it to spiritual connections as well. I really think that finding that perfect "zen" when you run is very key.
I am so thrilled and can't wait to run every day now. I'm officially addicted. haha. So anyways, run your races ladies and gentleman, eat your berries, connect with others as much as you connect with your inner self and always, always keep a smile on that lovely face of yours :) Enjoy the rest of your day friendly fruit friends :D
