Some people on here wanted me to write about my fast. I wrote about it on that other board . But I like this board much better and I know someone will not try to sell me something.
I feel amazing and this fast was one of the easiest fast I have done. I lost 50 pounds and I feel clear headed and I let a lot of anger go during this fast.
There was times during the fast where I felt light headed if I got up too quickly but not anything too bad. I was cold a lot of the days but since it is cold here now even without fasting I would of been cold.
I continued to work and take care of my kids. I listened to myself and I was not going to let any negative people try to tell me what to do.
I had someone comment on my blog how I had to be careful and acted like I did not know what I was doing. But he makes money off people paying him to fast at his place. I do not mind people giving me their advice if I ask for it but I wwas not asking.
My eyes are bluer and my hair is softer and less greasy. My skin is smoother, I had a few breakouts on my skin around day 20 or 21.
i never talk to people who know me irl about my fast because I do not like to hear about it. After I finish a fast then I mention it to a few people.
i have oranges ready to juice tomorrow and I plan to juice for a week then back to fruit and vegetables.
