I have been vegan around 3 years now and it all started with rt4. I have had short periods of eating rt4 properly and have been high carb for the most part but sometimes eat quite a bit of fat as well, I haven't shyed away from vegan junk food and have had some periods of slight calorie restriction. I have healed my acne, my eczema and gradually lost quite a bit of weight. I now want to push myself to the next level of health and weightloss and do rt4 properly. I have been doing it for about a week and am feeling soooo so bloated. I am food combining properly. I am not eating too late at night. I am drinking 4 litres of water a day but always leaving 30 mins before and after eating so that the water doesn't dilute my digestive fluids. Does anyone have any experience with bloating? How long did it take to subside? At the moment I am keeping my spinach intake high (100g a day) to keep my iron and other micronutrients high but I am wondering whether it is the cause of the problem at the moment. Considering cutting out spinach for a while to let my stomach reajust to super high fibre and then upping my greens gradually? Also considering lowering my water intake to 3 litres a day rather than 4? If anyone has any knowledge or experience in this area, I would greatly appreciate your story or your advice! Hoping to hear from some of you soon :)
P.s. i am exctreting comfortably and well but only once every day or two.
