30 Bananas a Day!

so i sleep 10-12 hours a night.

am ALWAYS drinking water. always always always.

eat 2500+ calories a day.

 

but i cant exercise due to a healing stress fracture in my foot. i cant even ride my bike in this beautiful fall weather :(

 

thats probably why but then what should i do?????

i tried doing yoga about a month ago, and all the slow movement really was straining on my foot. but ill try some stretching and breathing exercises :) thanks! and you're right i should probably try sleeping more!

I find doing any kind of yoga, stretching and breathing exercises, definitely helps!! And you could do certain sequences even with your injured foot! 

Plus your body most likely needs the extra sleep/rest since you're in the middle of healing :)

i take b12 sublinguals every morning :(

I was in a big hole a month ago energy-wise. I started taking these daily and got back on b12 sublinguals too (one 1000mg every day or two). I've noticed my energy go up. The only disclaimer I'll give is that I was going through an emotionally tough time, so that might've been part of it. Either way, if you take a vegan multi-vitamin and b12 for a month and don't notice a boost, then you can at least scratch that off the list of potential remedies.
