After transitioning to a mostly raw fruit based diet for the past year, I have noticed I no longer experience tightness/soarness in my deltoid after work-outs. I had an impingement in my left shoulder from behind the neck pull downs and bench press 8 yrs ago. I stopped exercising for a while, limited bench press, cut out behind the neck pull downs and resumed exercise at a decreased frequency. But over the last few months I've increased my work-outs and I no longer get the throbbing and tightness I experienced from the flare-ups after challenging/successive days exercising. Could this be because my deltoid is not laced with extra fat, which could have just caused more pinching/aching of my tendon? Has anybody had similar experiences after losing fat composition? This was unexpected for me since I was always lean, I'm just leaner now.
