30 Bananas a Day!

Hi there !

Today I got told I was fat and it was time to lose weight, quick !

Ok.

No freaking out over this.

It is true that I have put on weight since starting this journey, my clothes are tighter and my stomach rounder.

So this time, what about sweeping away the negativity of the comment, the nasty-meanie taste and just use it as some kind of... fuel.

What about taking on board some extra energy by burning this like it is another calorie to feed my beautiful gorgeous body ?

Now this is official this comment is just another piece of wood to feed my inner sacred fire and make me thrive some more in life !

So I got myself a giant new diary thing where i am going to plan and record both the grocery shopping planning, the menus, the exercising and the emotional side of this journey.  And make it my success story to a healthier thinner stronger leaner me !

Yeay !

Amen !

Hi fruity people and thanks for the inputs !

I am not eating over fats when eating hcrv Stacey, I use to eat a lot of them. I read the 80-10-10 book and it is advised to have some to balance the diet. Honestly right now there are nuts in my home but I am not planning to have them before my next holiday. My plan is simple : during the holidays I have more time to exercise and burn the energy from the nuts so that's when i eat them ! I spotted a lovely recipe with cinnamon, apples and nuts from Megan Elizabeth that I am just longing to do !

@ Stefany, thanks for the sharing of your experience, your advice sounds so right ! I am aiming at starting weight training this week end and cardio next week, still healing a giant flu !

good for you! were you eating any fats? i have just started this journey and im finding im getting a bit bigger instead of smaller its discouraging..i know i was addicted to nuts and would scarf down a billion..

exactly!  its been a while for me that i've been trying to stay consistent with the purely fruit and veggie thing, without the salt or oils or even cooked starches for now.   this is my first week fully low fat raw, and i can just hear it resonate in my ears when my parents told me that i still hadnt lost any weight and didnt look any different since starting this health food journey... but now its like, every day, even if my weight doesnt change just yet i know that every day i'm getting leaner, and stronger even if just on the inside, its making a difference.   if you find your weight is still at a stand still try training more, better and harder.  that's whats working for me :)  lots of love, good luck!
