Wow okay, so......
I was so exhausted after minimal sleep and work I haven't blogged! But nothing but good things to report :)
Sleep is getting better.
Intake is getting higher..
My feelings/emotions are stable at a happy state...
Exercise hasn't been much at all due to being so tired, but I have been doing some walking and 5 Tibetan Rites everyday.
I will join the gym today and start getting into some weight work.
I want to go to a bikram class next week so hopefully I will get the chance to do that.
Water has been 3-3.5 liters a day.

Feelings/Emotions + Achievements
Feeling great. I feel well rested and really balanced.
I went for a walk just before and it is such a beautiful day.
I will head down to the gym today and join up.
I will do a Chiball class tomorrow morning.
Next week I will start pump class.
I had the most amazing lunch yesterday........2 kgs of blended rockmelon! I like the word muskmelon better though :) So I will call it that. It was so delish. I couldn't get through it all in one go of course..I had half around midday, then another quarter an hour or so later and the other quarter an hour after that.
I had blended banana and pak choi for dinner and felt really weird after that. I think I will stay off the pak choi for a little while. It made me feel..drugged. Not nice. I felt dizzy and nauseas and just really off.It felt like my limbs were like jelly.
I wonder if I am emotionally balanced or if any emotional detox is coming my way..
