Again six hours of sleep :(
Workout: Walked to the gym, about 20 minutes each way, -15 degrees Celsius outside. Workout was good; half hour on the Stairmaster, a few attempts at a hand stand + exit roll (ouch!) weighted dips, and some core/ab workouts.
Breakfast: Half a watermelon.
Brunch: 10 banana smoothie.
Workout #2: Run to the gym (about 5k) and incline bench press.
Snack: Small bowl of leftover parsley salad.
Dinner: 4.4lbs of thawed out frozen berry mix.
Brunch was about two hours after the watermelon, I got a headache about halfway trhough the smoothie, and it lasted until I finally got to sleep. I'm also showing signs of dehydration despite drinking about 2-3L of water a day. Despite the signs of what I believe to be cleansing, it was a pretty easy day to be raw.
