Big time trouble. I've been eating a wide array of fruits non-stop to the point where my digestive system has sent an ALL CAPS memo for immediate attention.
Going into a water fast until my digestive system calms down. Lesson one appears to be eat meals, let them digest, be careful about the foods combined. I'd like to avoid another digestive system memo like this one.

Comment by Mike Collins on June 19, 2012 at 1:41pm I intend to get a copy of the book asap. Mono eating came to my attention when I went into the forums searching terms related to my issue (isn't that a nice way to be vague?).

Have you read Doug Graham's The 80/1010 Diet yet? This is really THE book to read so you get off to the right start.
As far as digestive issues, are you familiar with mono-eating? That's eating only one fruit at a time until you're satiated. For example, an all-melon breakfast (a couple of pounds), an all banana lunch (think pounds of bananas) plus maybe some greens or celery, and then several pounds of peaches for dinner, followed by a huge salad of leafy greens and maybe some non-sweet fruit, like tomatoes. Of course, this dinner suggestion isn't mono-eating, but do you get the essence?
Hope this helps. I encourage you to read the book. It's invaluable. Welcome, and Good Luck! ....ana xoxo
