Having huge cravings for meet and cheese. I just dont seem to get my 2 boxes of bananas to get ripe, they move so slowly because it is to cold in the house (we dont have any heat source). They are getting there but not all the way, i am however eating them, they do have brown spots on them at least so some starches are broken down i guess but i get bloated and dont feel any good. Hate the feeling when you want to go on this diet but then constantly come in to periods where you just run out of fruit and everything gets much harder then it has to be :(
Anyway i did my 30min workout first thing in the morning before i had any food and that is the way for me, it felt so much better then eating before you move around.
Today i had:
10bananas 500g frozen raspberry
7apples 1 romain lettuce
