So today i rly wanted to start the day with a much higher calory intake so i did 1.5kg of grapes with 200g dates for 1500kcal. Afterwards i felt so tired and totally out of energy, i have had bad experince with dates before but wanted to give them one more try but now they are out for sure. I did 30min of exercise but was not happy at all with what i did, but was feeling so out of energy. Hoping all my bananas will start to get ripe now in a day or two so that i finally can start eating more of what i rly like!
For lunch i had 3 big Paw Paw, they were good but i do not think NZ is the best place to get them, did not rly taste much and had no smell to them.
I finished the day with 1kg of cucumber with a sauce of 1kg tomato and 2 avocados, i know avocado and tomatoes are not the best food combo but it should work ok, however it made me sick so wont eat that again.
My metabolism is starting to pick up and im getting hungry again that is good, hope tomorrow will be better.
