30 Bananas a Day!

Wow, pretty tired and sleeping for me who needs to sleep 8 hours and only was able to sleep until four am this morning.  The positive result thus far is that my body is not as bloated can feel the improvement in my hands.  I ate 1/4 of a large watermelon for breakfast.  That is a lot at one sitting for me however I love watermelon and the juiciness was so wonderful.  Found it in a local korean supermarket, way better prices.

Had a new smoothie of basil, cucumber, mint, green hot pepper 1/2 loved the hot flavor to give me a boost. Made a big salad of romaine lettuce and ate an avocado and carrots, tomatoes to have a meal.  I needed to chew something savory.  Dinner was banana, mangos and drinking water and now having a herbal tea of chamomile as I hope to sleep better tonight.  I think since 4 days ago I was eating cooked foods and now just switching to raw so drastically I am holding on as this is a phase that will hopefully pass.  I want to get

get to feel energized.  Also this year has been with a lot of stressful challenges and my body is just 

so very exhausted.  When I read about adrenal fatigue it sounds exactly like what I feel like.  The you tubes of freelee's advice has been a wonderful encouragement.  I hope to recover my health and energy soon.  Keeping it raw.  Thanks for listening.
