Breakfast huge amy of a large watermelon. Ate a whole 1/4 of a big heavy watermelon. Then drank
4 glasses water and then afternoon drank smoothie of hot pepper 1/2, cucumber and cilantro. Drank
this green spicy smoothie before went for late lunch with girlfriend to Ruby Tuesday for salad bar.
Ate only raw vegetables off the salad bar and ate without any dressing nor lemon just straight.
Must say I loved the peas and the lima beans. Suspect they were frozen and dethawed and not fresh like salad, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes but hey this is the healthiest meal I have ever eaten out. Imagine no salad dressing for me that is a big leap forward. Had the conviction of the tube videos to steer clear of the sodium filled sides and dressings. As msg can be hidden as "natural flavors" not risking it. Keep it simple.
Enjoyed the outing with no food hangover so to speak. Yippeee.
