Woke up today feeling fine but then i had 1.5kg of grapes and got the same feeling as yeasterday, totaly out of energy, dont know what it is. So after i was able to find some decently ripe bananas i had about 9 of them and then i did som exercise for 30 min, got in some running for about 10min until my foot started to hurt, i have an old injury i have been fighting with for more then a year now in my foot preventing me from doing any decent running. Im hooping it will go away but so far no evidence of it ever doing so :(
Now im having about 11more bananas and that will be all i eat today. Im planing on only eating bananas untill i start to feel that everything is working. Cant rly find any other good fruit in NZ anyways and i do love my bananas. Will eat about 3.5kg/day and that should have me going throgh the day.
The cravings are comming now slowly, i want a swedish kebab pizza special so bad :) That is always what i first fall for in sweden. They dont have any good pizzas in NZ so that will save me i guess...
