Im starting to find a connection between sodium and cravings, when im eating low sodium i get cravings but when i get some sodium i feel fine. The problem is that my only source of sodium is cos lettuce. Because chard, spinach et al. i have read are not good to eat raw and celery i cant handle well, will try it again at a later time but got bad stomach ace when i had it las day. So do you guys have any other good sources of sodium?
I have also noticed that when i stand still or sit down and try to focus i feel like im on a ship going up and down in the waves. Anyone else had this?
No exercise today more then a few hours of walking.

23bananas
1 paw paw
250g cos lettuce
1kg oranges

Comment by banana - boy on October 8, 2012 at 2:19am coconut water is a good source of sodium . being low on sodium is no fun. for me if i did not get enough the best way from greens and coconut water , then ill add a tiny amount of sea salt to get my sodium up to 500mg..it is not suggested here but i do it if i miss with the natural sodium esp if you exercise...body needs 500mg of sodium...take care doug
