Im starting to find a connection between sodium and cravings, when im eating low sodium i get cravings but when i get some sodium i feel fine. The problem is that my only source of sodium is cos lettuce. Because chard, spinach et al. i have read are not good to eat raw and celery i cant handle well, will try it again at a later time but got bad stomach ace when i had it las day. So do you guys have any other good sources of sodium?
I have also noticed that when i stand still or sit down and try to focus i feel like im on a ship going up and down in the waves. Anyone else had this?
No exercise today more then a few hours of walking.
